How do I update my payment method?
Go to your account dashboard and select "My Schools," then find your membership and click on "Billing." From there, you can add or update your card. Please save your changes before your next billing date.
What happens if my payment fails?
We know things happen. We will automatically retry charging your card 3 times on days 3, 7, and 14. If all attempts fail, you will be automatically unenrolled from the membership and will lose access to the content.
