I'm a total beginner. Which plan is best?

We recommend choosing the plan that fits your budget. Fundamentals Membership ($8.99/mo) is a great starting point with the complete fundamentals curriculum. All-Access Pass ($12.99/mo) gives you the entire course library. All-Access + Pro Tools ($19.99/mo) adds our MicroGrinder Tools Hub: perfect if you want to study with software and log your sessions to find leaks.

Does my membership include access to the student community?

Yes. All MicroGrinder Poker School students get full access to the student community. It's a great place to discuss hands, strategy, and ask questions.

What is the MicroGrinder Tools Hub?

The Tools Hub is our suite of web-based poker tools. It includes RangeLab (equity calculator), Range Viewer (preflop strategy reference), Session Assist (session tracker with hand logging, mental state tracking, and leak tags), and MicroSim Basic & Pro (coming soon: a 6-max cash game simulator with 35+ bot opponents). All tools are web-based, so you sign in at tools.microgrinder.com and use them anywhere with no installs needed.

What's the difference between Basic and Pro tools?

Basic tools (RangeLab Basic and Range Viewer Basic) are included with all membership tiers and cover the core needs of most students. Pro tools add deeper features: RangeLab Pro includes a personal range library and higher-precision calculations, Range Viewer Pro adds a custom range editor and synced library, Session Assist provides full session tracking with leak tagging, and MicroSim is a full cash game simulator. Pro tools are exclusive to the All-Access + Pro Tools membership.

Can I try the Pro tools before upgrading?

Yes. As a launch promotion, all current Fundamentals and All-Access Pass members get a free 14-day preview of the Pro tools (RangeLab Pro, Range Viewer Pro, Session Assist) starting on launch day. After your preview ends, you can upgrade to All-Access + Pro Tools to keep using them, or continue with your current tier and use the Basic tools.

What if I don't like it?

How do I get the $1 first month offer?

Is there a contract or commitment?

No. Our memberships are billed month-to-month. You can cancel at any time by going to your Memberships & Subscriptions area and clicking the Cancel membership link.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership later?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time by going to your Memberships & Subscriptions area and clicking the Compare tiers button.

• Upgrading: You'll pay the full price difference between tiers right away (if over $0.99), no matter how much time is left in your current month's billing cycle. The system doesn't consider timing - only what you've already paid. For the best value, we recommend upgrading at either the beginning or end of your billing cycle.
• Downgrading: You keep access to your current tier until your billing period ends, then you'll switch to the lower tier when your next billing cycle starts.
  
  

Will my discount code work if I change membership plans?

No. Discount codes are tied to specific membership tiers. If you switch to a different tier, you'll need to use a new discount code for that tier. Your original discount won't transfer over.

How do I access my content after enrollment?

Access is immediate. Log in to your account and go to "My Membership" to find your membership content. All courses and materials included in your tier will be available right there in your dashboard.

How do I access the Tools Hub?

If your membership tier includes Tools Hub access, head to tools.microgrinder.com and sign in with your enrolled email address. We use magic link login: enter your email, click the link we send you, and you're in. No separate password to remember.

How do I update my payment method?

Go to your account dashboard and select "My Schools," then find your membership and click on "Billing." From there, you can add or update your card. Please save your changes before your next billing date.

What happens if my payment fails?

We know things happen. We will automatically retry charging your card 3 times on days 3, 7, and 14. If all attempts fail, you will be automatically unenrolled from the membership and will lose access to the content.
